Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Use. It applies to everyone who uses swarmnest.ai, the API and machine-readable files, the marketplace, and anything you send us. If you break it, we may remove content, block access, cancel licenses or end accounts.
Do not use the Service to
- Break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so, including consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam, export control and sanctions laws.
- Infringe or misappropriate anyone's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or publicity rights.
- Commit fraud, phishing, scams or impersonation, or misrepresent who you are or who you work for.
- Distribute malware, or products or submissions containing malicious code, hidden data collection, backdoors or embedded credentials.
- Harass, threaten, defame or abuse anyone, or promote violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors. We report such content to the authorities.
- Build or run agents, prompts or workflows designed to break other services' terms, get around security or access controls, send spam, run fake reviews or engagement, or collect personal data without a lawful basis.
Protect the Service
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission. If you find a security issue, please report it to hello@swarmnest.ai.
- Do not overload the site or API, get around rate limits or blocks, or use many IP addresses or identities to avoid them.
- Do not access checkout, paid product files, accounts or any non-public area except as intended, and do not share or publish download links.
- Do not interfere with other people's use of the Service.
Products and data
- Use purchased products only as the Product License allows. Do not resell, share, give away or publish product files, including by uploading them to other marketplaces, repositories or file-sharing sites.
- Use our directory data only as the API Terms allow. Do not present our directory as your own or imply that Swarmnest endorses you.
Submissions, reviews and sponsored content
- Submit accurate information about tools. Do not submit fake listings, or false or misleading claims about your own or a competitor's tool.
- Do not post or buy fake reviews, ratings or testimonials, or offer incentives for reviews conditioned on them being positive.
- Sponsors and creators must follow the FTC's rules on advertising and endorsements, and must not ask us to hide that content is paid.
